Known far and wide for his grit on the football field, “Easy” Ed McCaffey’s tale took an unexpected turn, winding its way through the flavors of his childhood and the crisp mountain air.
As a former warrior of the gridiron, “Eddie Mac” found solace and joy in the simple pleasures of life, which included football, family, and, you guessed it, food. He loved good food and was constantly and curiously hunting for ways to make good food taste better. As the echoes of the cheering crowds faded, Ed set forth on a new journey. With encouragement from his wife Lisa and their four boys, he traded his jersey for an apron, fueled by a new passion for bringing his favorite flavors to the world.

Ed’s first creation was his “go-to” favorite spicy brown mustard, a nod to the flavors that adorned his childhood meals.
